We recently had a wonderful experience with a moving service for our relocation. I can’t express enough how smooth the process was. Moving has often felt overwhelming, especially from a third-floor apartment filled with plenty of furniture and boxes, so I knew I needed assistance. I reached out for a quote a couple of months in advance and was pleasantly surprised to find their rates were lower than other moving companies I had contacted. Given the excellent recommendations I received, choosing them was an easy decision. They arrived shortly after 9:00 AM with a team of six workers. In less than three hours, they efficiently loaded, unloaded, and placed everything in the right rooms. The crew was friendly and made me feel at ease about them handling my belongings. They even took the time to tighten some legs on a few pieces of furniture that were a bit wobbly. While I hope not to move again for a while, I will definitely recommend this moving service to others.

A full three bedroom 2 bathroom move booked last minute. So thankful for these guys. They got everything from LA to Memphis safely. The moving crew even went as far as helping re-pack a few things that they thought may be problematic during the move, like some glassware they heard clanging when they picked up the box. A lot of personal care in the way these guys do business really made them stand out. If you’re moving out of state these guys are a solid option.

This guys are the best from the customer service in the phone to the amazing movers that showed in time and where very informative quick and gentle . I hate moving but cross country made it smooth and as easy as possible . Highly recommended.

During the move-in at our new home in Dallas they made sure our stuff was put where we wanted it. This move was pre-paid and even though there was an hour of additional time added from us not being home on time to meet the truck at our new place. We were never charged anything additional. Much appreciated.

The move out of Burbank was easy. They were really on it the whole time. They gave me a 4 hour time window when the truck would arrive in Denver for our move in and it showed up within the promised time frame. When you’re moving to a new state, you need to plan it months/weeks in advance. We had issues with a different moving company and needed a new one right away. I had to move out of state in a hurry and needed to find a suitable moving company. After doing some research and talking to friends I found Cross country movers and I’m so glad that I did! Everything was top-notch from my first call with sales to moving day. I was really impressed by their inventory list pricing and it was useful to cross Check that all my items were accounted for once I got to my new home state. Definitely recommend.

We hired Cross Country Movers in mid February. Moving team was some of the best we’ve worked with. They were fast but also careful moving items out and into the truck. Superrespectful of our belongings and our home. We had them take apart and put back together two bed frames, they did this without any issues even though some of the screws were stripped from other moves. Definitely recommend for longer moves. This was the first time we’ve moved out of state with so much stuff and there was a lot of worry about who to choose, and how much it would cost, in the end all of our problems were answered here.

I wanted to avoid complications with brokers and the smaller movers I’ve seen around the city so I got a few quotes and Cross Country Movers seem like the best fit. They were very communicative and it turned out that the estimate was very close to my final price not to mention I needed to get moved in a hurry, and after calling them, the move was booked the following weekend. Overall 10/10 on being professional, accommodating, and just all-around nice people.

I’m not one to write a review but our experience with CCM made me feel compelled too. After careful research, I chose Cross Country Movers. I’m so thrilled I made that choice as the team was incredibly efficient! They were extremely on time, showing up right when they said they would. We did a thorough walkthrough of my place to point out which items needed to be moved. Once we finished, I stayed out of their way as they went to work packing my furniture. The whole packing process was surprisingly quick, they had everything packed in a couple of hours! The next part of the move was just as flawless. The movers met me at my new place where we did another walkthrough so I could instruct them where to place my belongings. The unpacking and setting up of my items was so quick and efficient. I stayed out of their way mostly, but every now and then, the lead worker would check with me to make sure they were placing things correctly. After everything was unpacked, they asked me to do a final walkthrough to ensure everything was as it should be. It was the simplest move I’ve ever experienced and I can’t recommend these movers highly enough! The communication was top-notch and the care they took was worth every penny. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making my move so smooth.

While we were scrambling to find last-minute moving assistance, a fully booked moving company suggested we reach out to these movers. They managed to fit us into their schedule the very next day, and at a fair cost. The lead technician and his team made great efforts to load our belongings in a brief period of time. We were so taken by their professionalism and politeness that we employed them again to collect a final load and meet us at our new destination a few days later to unload everything into storage. The same lead technician oversaw the unloading process, but with a different team, who performed just as excellently. The only hiccup was their late arrival due to an unexpectedly lengthy morning job and a traffic hold-up on their two-hour journey to our place. However, the lead technician was excellent in maintaining communication with us throughout the process. All in all, we were satisfied with their services and wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again or recommend them to others.
